How long is the product preservation period?
Our product have a shelf life of 3 years and 12 months usage period after opening.
Is it safe for children to use this product?
Yes, it is safe. All of our products fully comply with both U.S. and EU cosmetic and toy standards. We regularly conduct rigorous testing and quality control to ensure that every product is safe and reliable for children.
Can I get samples, and how long will it take?
Sure! We typically provide available samples for free. However, there is a small charge for customized samples, which can be deducted when your formal order meets the minimum order quantity (MOQ). It takes about 10 days to prepare the samples.
We can send samples via FedEx, UPS, or DHL, but you will need to cover the shipping costs. The shipping will take approximately 5 days.
What are the payment and shipping terms for the order?
For payment: Our standard payment terms are a 30% deposit by T/T after the order is signed, and the remaining 70% against a copy of the B/L.
For Shipping: Usually ship by sea, but air freight and courier services are also available. We will recommend suitable shipping methods based on your order quantity and specific requirements.
Can I have private labels on the products or packages?
Of course, we specialize in OEM/ODM service and ensure the effective protection of every client's trademark and design.
How Long Is The Production Lead Time?
There are three scenarios:
1.For our own brand Fondbeauti products, we accept small order quantities. A product catalog will be provided for selection, and we can ship within 7 days.
2.If you wish to have a private label with a small quantity, we will provide a product catalog for selection and customize logo in package for you, which requires 30 days.
3.For fully customized products (OEM/ODM), the production lead time is 45-60 days.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for my orders?
The MOQ is flexible and negotiable. We accept small quantity orders. Please feel free to contact us with your requirements, and we will work out a satisfactory solution for you.
